Mechwarrior is the RPG tie-in with FASA's BattleTech series of games. In it, players take on the roles of warriors (or others) in the Battletech universe.
I am currently running a game, so I may as well put something up here about my players.
The year is 3057. The characters are all members of Clan Wolf. Anyone who knows the Battletech timeline well enough will know what is going to happen very soon.
Star Colonel Johan Kerensky
Age: 28
Sex: Male
Posting: Commander, Bravo Cluster, 13th Wolf Guards.
Mech: Mad Dog (Custom Variant)
A Wolf born and bred. Johan was at the Battle of Tukkayidd as a Star Commander under the command of Kahn Natasha Kerensky. Whilst there, he and a mechwarrior by the name of Hiro were responsible for the death of a member of the Hallis bloodline. This line descended directly from the Not-Named Clan.
Johan has since worked his way steadily up the ranks to his present position.
Star Captain Hiro Mitshima
Age: 28
Sex: Male
Posting: Commander, Binary Charlie, Bravo Cluster, 13th Wolf Guards.
Mech: Timber Wolf (Custom Variant)
Born in the Draconis Combine, Hiro was captured out in the Periphery during the first wave of the clan invasion. Through various strokes of luck and displays of almost insane bravery, he has been adopted into the clan as a warrior. Along with Star Colonel Johan Kerensky, Hiro took part in the Bloodright declared against the Hallis bloodline. His performance during this Trial led to him gaining the right to found a new Bloodname. He took this opportunity to regain his original family name of Mitshima.

Star Captain Joshua
Age: 18
Sex: Male
Posting: Commander, Binary Bravo, Bravo Cluster, 13th Wolf Guards.
Mech: Mad Dog (Custom Variant)
Joshua has only recently passed his Trial of Position. With three kills to his name, he was assigned as a Star Captain. This is his first posting. He has yet to prove himself in serious combat, a fact that leads to some degree of frustration that is common amongst his generation of warriors. He has not yet, however, joined the ranks of those accusing the IlKahn of some gross wrong-doing.
